Recently I picked up a box of 1997 Topps Finest Series 2. Rather than post the cards in order of how I pulled them from the pack, I'm going to list them by subset. We have Acquisitions, Power, Blue Chips, Competitors and Masters. I scanned every cards I pulled, except for the doubles. So here's my box break in all of its glory.
ACQUISITIONS
Jay Bell - 178 Common
Acquisitions - Jay Bell Refractor 178
I pulled very few refractors, apparently they were a bit harder to come by in 1997. The best part of the refractors is they make the card actually look clean and clear when you scan it.
David Wells - 179 Common

It's been a while since I have seen that set. You got some nice cards. But too many Chicago NL team cards.
ReplyDeleteAnd how could a Reds card not be your favorite in the set?
Just realized I forgot to include an Uncommon Ellis Burks, Uncommon Mo Vaughn and Rare Craig Biggio which were still sitting in my scanner from last night. Oopsy.
ReplyDeleteNice collection of some great players of all areas of baseball.
