I picked up a box of 2000 Bowman Draft Picks and Prospects last week. Here it is in all it's glorious color. Each box has 110 up and coming prospects of Major League Baseball teams and the Cubs with an autographed prospect card. Big pick up is a Grady Sizemore auto. So what did we learn?
Reds prospects did not pan out. If the Braves had half of theirs make waves we would still be handing them World Series trophies. LSU team guys make lousy MLB guys. Right Pirates? If the A's and Expos were still assembled they would be in the playoffs annually. And the Cubs prospects sucked.
